Who I Am

Hi, I'm Faridah. I work at the intersection of product operations, e-commerce, and systems design.

My experience began in e-commerce operations — managing large-scale product catalogs, fulfillment workflows, customer journeys, and cross-functional execution across retail and startup environments.

Over time I became increasingly interested in why systems break and how they can be redesigned to create better outcomes for users and businesses.

Today I'm building my expertise in Product Management through hands-on product work, case studies, user research, PRD writing, and startup experimentation — while building Jekalo, a fashion-commerce product exploring identity, style, and digital commerce.
